Contact us either by phone or email to set up an appointment for the initial consultation.  We can then decide the best meeting location, date and time.

At the initial meeting, we will discuss the style and overall "feel" or your wedding celebration.  You will need to be prepared to provide preliminary details concerning the date, time and locations of the wedding party, any your wedding colors.

Samples, descriptions, or pictures of the bridal and attendants dresses are very helpful in establishing the look of the floral arrangements and decorations.

 

Additional information such as:

  • Number of guests invited

  • Specific flower preferences

  • Names and numbers of contact persons with the caterer, baker, photographer, videographer, reception hall, etc...

  • Budgetary restrictions

Once we have established all the basic information, we will review photos of floral designs and arrangements to determine your style and desires.

It may be necessary for a second meeting to review any additions or changes.  However, this may be accomplished over the phone if not too detailed.

Most initial consultations require two hours, so please schedule  accordingly.
