My first experience with Blumz was when I was planning my wedding. I immediately felt like Robbin actually cared about my vision and about my budget! Over the year I worked with him on planning the wedding he put up with my mind changing, and last minute additions as well as my sometimes manic need to check on every little detail. He did all of this with a smile and Southern charm. On the day of my wedding in October 2006 the flowers were beautiful and everything was set up on time with no issues. We received tons of compliments on the flowers from guests, and even from strangers in the lobby of the hotel where we had our reception.

Since then I have used Blumz for every occasion. I planned a friend’s wedding and Robbin once again helped make it gorgeous! I have since moved out of state, but every time I need to send someone flowers in Michigan I call Blumz and they do not disappoint. I have sent get well flowers, Mother’s Day flowers, and several funeral arrangements. In October I lost a very close friend, but could not make it back to Michigan for the funeral. I called Blumz and told them exactly what I wanted and that I only had a limited budget. I then sent a message to Robbin just letting him know I had ordered the flowers and how special my friend Gail was and how much she had meant to me and asked him to check to make sure the flowers were perfect.

The day of her viewing I received several phone calls, emails and texts about how gorgeous and huge the flowers I had sent were. People were astounded I had spent so much money. I was shocked, because I hadn’t spent very much at all. The arrangement was so beautiful the family placed it at the head of her casket right next to the flowers they had ordered. Robbin and his wonderful staff made sure that my final gift to my friend reflected how much I loved her and they did so despite my limited funds at the time. If I hadn’t already been a customer for life, I would be after that.

I highly recommend Blumz to any bride, or anyone else looking for great service, friendly people, and of course the most amazing flower arrangements you can imagine.

I loved working with Jerome and his florists. We got to the church and they were setting up, and they brought a yellow daisy bouquet for me instead of a white one. The florist was able to run back and get the correct bouquet and he brought me a box of chocolates to say sorry!
